Paul is a Level 2 FA football coach and lifelong football fan, both playing and watching, Paul is passionate about football and that it is played in a fair and sporting manner. Paul's ethos is that the players should play with smiles on their faces and to create an environment where players can maximise their potential.
Team Biography
After a couple of seasons the team has grown and so two U10 squads were created to maximise the game time and development of players. Development not results will be the focus with players experiencing different positions on the pitch, with a keep-ball philosophy - winning the ball back quickly and transitioning to attack from defence. Training will allow the players to put techniques into practice during games.
We aim to create a fun, friendly environment where enjoyment is key to building players' confidence, respect and ability.
