Ben is now in his 3rd season working with ShootersFC. He will be supporting the u9’s in JPL football this season. Ben has played at numerous leagues and levels and still plays and coaches the local men’s side Wherwell Royals.
Ben likes to to inspire strong development and growth whilst bringing fun to the game. After successful and enjoyable seasons with U7 and 8's, he is looking forward to coaching at the next level with the JPL u9's
Jason is the founder member of ShootersFC. In the season 20/21 he introduced a new club partner SOCCA for players to continue their football development at the next level. Providing opportunity for players to move up and down to aid their individual development process.
As a FA Level 3 coach and FA Level 2 Talent ID scout. He has worked in the football industry for over 25 years including the renowned youth academy at Southampton FC. Jason has a wealth of experience in Football, he is a Sports Development Manager for CiCs - Coaching in Community sports and Lead Pre Academy coach, Lead Scout and Global coach for Southampton FC

Team Biography
The team evolved from the ShootersFC stables having experienced success in the Testway Youth League.
Jason Holmes, founder member of ShootersFC introduced a new club partner SOCCA for players from 20/21 season to continue their football development at the next level.
SOCCA encourages players to maintain relationships with their grassroots team but also providing them with a platform to stretch and challenge players in a positive environment.
Players are invited to compete in Junior Premier League (JPL) playing opposition at the same level in what the JPL describe as developing players through a 'best with best' ethos.
By creating this partnership with clubs we are aiming to create an opportunity for players to move up and down through out their development process to meet individual needs of the player and their family.
